[ true to her word it does not take Furina long to make her way over to Rose's home, saying a quick hello to Veldora on her way through to find her friend. once she does the God of Justice immediately wraps her arms around Rose, pulling her in as tightly as her arms and allow without hurting the other woman. ]
[Rose will happily return the hug. Having Furina here really helps her feel calm. Furina is one of her dearest friends here, and Rose doesn't know what she'd do without her.]

[ that... is not a question she ever thought she'd hear from Rose, or anyone in truth, it makes her pause for a moment as her mind spins with questions as what could be the source of it. what happened out there? ]
I... no, I don't think I have. I have watched over countless trials but I never stayed long enough to witness any that ended in executions.
[ she reaches up, resting a hand on Rose's cheek. ]

[Theres a part of Rose that feels envious that her friend hasn’t seen the destruction and death that she has, but that part is quickly outweighed by relief. Furina deserves much better.]

Furina takes her weight happily, guiding them both down to the couch and pulling her friend in close. one hand settles in her hair while the other tugs her in to rest against Furina's chest-- just as Wriothesley has held her during nights where the city was battered by vicious storms.
the news to Takame's death sits uncomfortably on her shoulders and she frowns, gentle fingers carding through her friend's hair stilling for a moment. ]
Takame? [ her chest tightens and anxiety begins to claw up her throat. ] I am sure there is magic out there that could easily pull off such a miracle. Is the how so important? Or did something else happen to make you worry so?
